IR digital photography

I broke down today and bought an IR pass filter today off of ebay for $35, after shipping and mounting it for use of my camera (it's a 44mm piece of IR filter glass with no mounting hardware attached) it'll run me around $47. That's $10 cheeper than anywhere else I've seen them. There went this weeks over time. I should have it ready for camping next weekend. I'm a little worried about how well it'll work because I'll have to use shutter speads slower than 60 to make it work, needless to say there is a lot of room for bluring.

With any luck, you'll see the results in a little over a week.

I would apreciate any suggestions or tips that anyone has about IR photography.
